The tool shop is equipped with modern CNC machines and EDM that allow our experienced toolmakers to create and maintain high quality injection molds in aluminum and steel. 

     Located in Dongguan, China, our 75,000 square foot factory houses 15 late model injection machines with capacities of 80 tons to 500 tons,  enabling high volume production of quality critical parts.  We also provide design and engineering services for injection molded parts, and build our own molds to very high standards.  We work with leading resin manufactures to help our clients stay ahead of the technology curve.  Our quality assurance department is involved in all aspects of production, reviewing the design process, inspecting incoming materials and components, monitoring the production process, and performing comprehensive lot inspections. Secondary operations include hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, decorative electroplating, vacuum metalizing, painting, and assembly.
